Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Cita Ping, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

Service Description

Cita Ping is a professional monitoring service that:

  • Monitors appointment availability for immigration procedures
  • Sends notifications when appointments are available
  • Assists in the appointment booking process
  • We are not the official Spanish government portal

User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Use only official government channels to book appointments
  • Not use the service for abusive or illegal purposes

Service Limitations

Our service is subject to:

  • Availability of data from government systems
  • Accuracy of information provided by official sources
  • We do not guarantee that you will get an appointment
  • We are not responsible for decisions made by government authorities

Payments and Refunds

Cita Ping is offered as prepaid access plans that grant use of the monitoring service for a fixed period. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider.

Right of withdrawal (EU, EEA, and UK consumers)

If you are a consumer resident in the EU, EEA, or United Kingdom, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to withdraw from the contract for any reason and receive a full refund.

You lose this right once we begin providing the service at your request — for example, when you activate a monitor. By starting a monitor before the 14-day period ends, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that the withdrawal right no longer applies.

Service delivery failure

If we fail to deliver the service due to a technical issue on our side, you are entitled to either a replacement or a refund of the amount paid for the affected period.

How to request a refund

Email legal@citaping.es with your order details. Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting.
