Extranjería appointments: live availability by province

Every extranjería procedure in Spain — NIE, TIE, fingerprints, residence permits, asylum — needs a cita previa booked on the official government site, and the slots are gone within minutes. This page shows how often our checks found one over the last 30 days, in which provinces, and which procedures are moving right now.

Procedures moving this month

The procedures our checks found appointments for most often in the last 30 days, most active first.

All extranjería procedures

What these numbers mean

Every figure on this page counts the times our checks found at least one appointment available — not the number of appointments. A batch of slots that stays open for ten minutes is found by several checks in a row, so the count says how often something was there to book, and how recently.

The numbers come from our own monitoring and refresh every hour; the government publishes nothing of the kind. Provinces are listed by name with their count for the last 30 days, and each one links to its own page with offices and history. A province with no row simply had nothing to show this month.

Why extranjería appointments run out

Far more people need an appointment than the offices can serve, above all around the big cities, and the official site keeps no waiting list. Slots are released in small batches at irregular times and go to whoever submits the form first; a batch is often gone within minutes.

Part of that competition is automated, and some slots end up resold by intermediaries. That resale is illegal, and there is never a reason to pay for it: the appointment itself is free on the official site.

How an alert catches one for you

Cita Ping checks the official site around the clock for the procedure and offices you choose, and sends a Telegram or email notification within seconds of a slot appearing, with a screenshot of what we saw. You then book it yourself on the official site.

Watching every office in a province usually beats watching a single branch: the notification names the office and the time, and you decide whether they suit you.

Booking once the notification arrives

Have the booking form's details ready before the alert comes — NIE or passport number, your name exactly as on your documents, an email address and a phone number — because the slot will not wait while you look them up.

Once booked, bring the confirmation, your passport, the modelo 790 fee receipt where it applies, and originals plus photocopies of the paperwork the confirmation lists. Fingerprints and card pickups are always in person.

Frequently asked questions

Does Cita Ping book appointments for me?
No. We send you a notification when a slot opens, and you book it yourself on the official website. Cita Ping is an independent service and never touches the booking system on your behalf.
How fast are the notifications?
Telegram notifications usually arrive within seconds of a slot appearing. Email takes a little longer because mail servers add their own delays. Enabling both gives you the best chance.
Why do appointments disappear so fast?
More people need appointments than the offices can serve, especially in the big provinces. There is no queue — the first person to submit the form gets the slot. That is why an instant notification beats refreshing the page by hand.
Is Cita Ping an official government service?
No. Cita Ping is an independent service with no connection to the Spanish government, the police, or any immigration office. We tell you when appointments appear; the booking itself always happens on the official site.
Can I monitor multiple offices or procedures at once?
Yes. Each alert watches one procedure and office combination, and you can run several at once. Every alert sends its own notifications.
Important legal notice

This website provides appointment monitoring services only. We are not affiliated with the Spanish government, immigration authorities, or any official administrative body. All immigration procedures, requirements, and decisions are managed exclusively by official Spanish government agencies. For legal advice regarding your specific immigration situation, consult a qualified immigration lawyer or legal professional.
