By using our service, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Cita Ping, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

Service Description

Cita Ping is a professional monitoring service that:

• Monitors appointment availability for immigration procedures
• Sends notifications when appointments are available
• Never books, reserves, or holds an appointment on your behalf. You complete the booking yourself on the official government site
• We are not the official Spanish government portal

User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Use only official government channels to book appointments
• Not use the service for abusive or illegal purposes

Service Limitations

Our service is subject to:

• Availability of data from government systems
• Accuracy of information provided by official sources
• We do not guarantee that you will get an appointment
• We are not responsible for decisions made by government authorities
• Checks run at regular intervals and may not capture every available appointment slot

Payments and refunds

Cita Ping is sold as prepaid passes that give access to the monitoring service for a fixed period of 7, 14 or 30 days. A pass is a one-off payment with no recurring charges. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase, without giving any reason.

A pass starts watching as soon as it is paid for. At checkout you ask us for this immediate start and acknowledge that:

• if you withdraw within the 14 days, you pay for the service provided until your withdrawal reaches us, in proportion to the length of the pass, and we refund the rest;
• you lose the right of withdrawal once the pass has run in full. A 7-day pass has run in full after 7 days.

Example: you withdraw 5 days into a 30-day pass that cost 29.90 EUR. You pay 5/30 of the price, 4.98 EUR, and we refund 24.92 EUR. The amount you pay is rounded down to the cent.

If you were not asked for the immediate start at checkout, we refund the full price.

To withdraw, use "Withdraw from contract here" on your passes page, or send us a clear statement, for example the model withdrawal form in your purchase confirmation email, at info@citaping.es. You meet the deadline if you send it before the 14 days are over. We confirm by email when your withdrawal reached us and stop your alerts at that moment.

We refund you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the payment method you paid with, at no cost to you.

A withdrawal is available once per customer. After a withdrawal we do not sell further passes to the same account or payment card, and if such a purchase is paid, we refund it in full.

Service delivery failure

If the service does not work as described because of a problem on our side, you are entitled to have it fixed, or to a price reduction or a refund for the affected period.

Other refunds

Outside the right of withdrawal and service delivery failures, a pass that has started is not refundable. This does not limit any right you have under the consumer law of your country of residence.

Termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, for example by using the service for abusive or illegal purposes. If we close an account for any other reason, we refund the unused part of any active pass.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms. A change applies to passes bought after we publish it; a pass you already bought stays under the Terms in force when you bought it.
