This appointment is for requesting police-issued certificates that confirm your administrative status or match your current identification details with previous ones. The residence certificate is often required for banking procedures, dealings with public administrations, travel matters or employment processes. The concordance certificate is needed when you have changed your passport or other ID and must prove that the old and new numbers correspond to the same person.
