Temporary residence for family members of people with Spanish nationality
Allows spouses, registered partners, children and ascendants of Spanish nationals to live in Spain temporarily. You must prove the relationship, shared address and sufficient income. The permit can be renewed, and after five years you may apply for long‑term residence.
